By using the SAHKAR service (provided by Sosa Ventures Private Limited), the society and its users accept these terms. The person who signs up on behalf of a society confirms they are authorised by the society.
Online software for a co-operative society's members, deposits, loans, accounts, reports, website and member portal. Features depend on the chosen plan. We may change features from time to time to improve the service.
The society decides its staff logins and rights. Keeping passwords secret, and every entry made with a login, are the society's responsibility. Report any suspicious use at once.
The society is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for following the applicable State Co-operative Societies Act (e.g. the Gujarat Co-operative Societies Act, 1961) or the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002, its bye-laws, audit and tax rules, and for obtaining members' consent. The software is a record-keeping tool; it is not legal, tax or audit advice.
New societies may get a 45-day free trial. Plans are yearly and prices exclude GST. If not renewed on time, the account may become view-only after a 7-day grace period. Price changes apply from the next renewal.
Do not use the service for unlawful work, fraud, accessing others' accounts or overloading the servers. If this happens we may suspend the account.
The data belongs to the society and it can download it at any time. We take regular backups, but the society should also keep its own copy from time to time.
We try to keep the service running at all times, but it may be unavailable for short periods due to maintenance, internet or third-party failures.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the society paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for wrong entries, loss of profit or indirect loss.
The society may stop the service at any time; refunds follow the refund policy. Download all data before closing.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
